We just got back from a nice walk at Henricus Park. We are getting more comfortable going out with you, as a family of 5. We just know to keep it short!
Right now, you're happy and cooing in your swing. You like to watch the birdtoys spin around and you make little noises that sounds like "Oooh Waoooh", like you're talking to them.
We're still having the same old health problems, but Dr Shane assures me that they will lessen as you grow.
With you in our lives, I know our family is complete. All this time, we were just waiting for you!
You bring me and especially Daddy and Grandma so much joy. I can't believe how much you've grown already! Your sweet baby scent is precious and it makes me smile. I wish I could bottle it up and keep it.
The bottom line is that Life, Just like it is right now, is so very very sweet and good. I savor days like this and try to just close my eyes and know that this moment right now, is precious, and as you grow, the moments slip through my hands like sand. I just try to breathe deep and go slow, sneaking every kiss I can.
