Ear tubes

You had ear tubes put in yesterday with Dr Wayne Shaia. My friend Renee was there with me and helped calm me down while i waited nervously.

You did beautifully and seem to hear a little better now! When you woke up, I could see your baby feet on the stretcher jerk back and the nurse said "He's a thrasher!". I knew just what she meant because you do that with us when you are mad. But mad was ok. Mad meant breathing, mad meant awake and healthy, so I was happy.

I hope that they help you in the winter cold season from getting so many ear infections.

Cars cars cars

You are totally absorbed w your cars and "tucks". Anything with wheels fascinates you to the point of dropping whatever else you are doing to grab a truck. Lights and noises are an added bonus.

Hand Foot and Mouth

Poor buddy! You cannot seem to catch a break. Now you have hand foot and mouth disease. Oh well. You already seemed a little better this morning.
You get ear tubes surgery July 26th and I am nervous about it! :(. I am sad to think how scared you will be when people you don't know take you from me and wheel you to the OR.

I will try to focus on how much better you will feel and hear afterwards.
