Way up top
You will notice our beautifully decorated tree is only decorated on the top half. Between you and Charlotte shattering at least 5 older ornaments, and you especially bringing them to me from the tree, I moved it all up and it is lovely. :)

Cute story
This morning, before the girls woke up, it was just me and you. I turned on the gas fireplace and you said "ohhh!!"
I cautioned you, saying "Hot! Hot! Be careful Henry!"
And you, sweet boy, turned to the fireplace and started to blow on it.
Because that is what you do when something is too hot. You blow on it. :)

Choices
There is a commercial on tv where the announcer says "life is full of tough choices". It shows a baby with a runny rose choosing between two cookies. He picks up one and gives it a hard look, then puts it and and toddles off with the other cookie.
This morning you reminded me of that. You were upset because you wanted a cookie that I was packing in Ruby's lunch and you had somehow found three pacis. (You hoard them bc we are weaning you off of them). You had one in your mouth, and one in each hand. I handed you a piece of the cookie and your little face was priceless. Your eyes scrunched as you tried to think of a way to obtain the cookie without letting any pacis go.
Grandma finally stepped in and took out your paci, popped the cookie in your mouth and planted a kiss on your sweet baby head.
